Shipping & Delivery Policy

Saathi is software by Pinaki Agency. This page explains how access to the software is delivered, and how any optional hardware is shipped.

1. Software delivery (digital)

• Saathi is delivered digitally and instantly. There is no physical product to ship for the software itself.
• Your 14-day free trial activates immediately when you sign up — open the app and start billing.
• On a paid plan, your features are unlocked on the account as soon as payment is confirmed, typically within minutes and at most within 24 hours on a working day.
• The app runs on any Android tablet/phone or Windows PC you already have — nothing is couriered to you.

2. Onboarding & setup

We help you go live the same day: we load your menu/item list and walk you through setup over a call or WhatsApp. In Chhattisgarh (Raipur, Bilaspur and nearby), in-person setup is available on request.

3. Optional hardware

• If you order hardware (thermal printer, cash drawer, tablet), we supply it at cost as a convenience.
• Delivery timelines depend on your location and stock — typically 3–10 working days within India. We’ll confirm the estimate before you pay.
• Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you confirm a hardware order.
• Hardware is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

4. International

Saathi is built for businesses in India and we currently serve and ship within India only.
