Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how trials, cancellations and refunds work for Saathi, a software product by Pinaki Agency. It should be read with our Terms of Service.

1. Free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial of full Pro features — no card required. You can evaluate Saathi completely before paying anything. If you don’t upgrade, the account simply drops to core billing; you are never charged automatically at the end of a trial.

2. Money-back guarantee

Your first paid purchase (any tier, any term) includes a 7-day, no-questions money-back guarantee from the date of payment. Email info@pinakiagency.com within 7 days and we’ll refund that payment in full.

3. Cancellation of subscriptions

Monthly, Yearly and 2-Year subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your account or by contacting us. On cancellation, your plan keeps working until the end of the period you’ve already paid for; it simply does not renew. We do not pro-rate or refund the unused part of a term once it is past the 7-day window above.

4. “Own it” licences & AMC

• An “Own it” one-time purchase is covered by the 7-day money-back guarantee like any first purchase.
• The optional Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) that renews cloud, updates and support is non-refundable once the AMC period has started. You may simply choose not to renew it — the app keeps billing offline forever.

5. Add-ons

Optional add-ons (e.g. Saathi AI) follow the same rule: cancellable anytime, with access continuing to the end of the paid period, and non-refundable once a period has started (outside the initial 7-day window).

6. Hardware

Any hardware purchased (thermal printer, cash drawer, tablet) is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and the seller’s returns policy. Software refunds do not cover hardware.

7. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your bank or UPI provider.
