Starter is core billing on one counter (offline, GST bills, printing). Pro adds cloud backup, Insights, GST reports/export, QR menu, WhatsApp bill, khata, staff & loyalty. Premium adds multi-counter live sync, multi-outlet and priority support. Your data carries over when you upgrade.

“Own it” is a one-time purchase — you own the software and local billing works forever, even if you never pay again. It includes 1 year of cloud, updates & support; after that an optional AMC (yearly) renews those. Subscriptions (monthly/yearly/2-year) rent the software + cloud + support for the term.

No. Core billing always keeps working offline. On “Own it”, your local premium features stay forever; only cloud sync/updates pause until you renew AMC. Your data is always yours to export.

Yes — print proper GST bills with your GSTIN (CGST/SGST). Pro and above add filing-ready GST reports and CSV export. Not GST-registered? Just turn GST off in settings.

Your data is stored on your own device, not on someone else’s server by default. Turn on cloud backup (Pro+) and it’s safely copied to your private account — you stay in control, and can export anytime.
