• Enquiry details you submit through our contact form — name, email, phone and your message.
• Account information for client/team logins to our project dashboard (name, email via Google Sign-In).
• Basic usage data your browser sends automatically (IP, device, pages viewed) for security and analytics.

2. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and deliver the services you ask for.
• To operate, secure and improve our website and dashboard.
• To send you information relevant to a project you’ve engaged us for. We don’t sell your data.

3. Where it’s stored

Enquiries and dashboard data are stored on Google Firebase (servers in India/secure regions). Email is delivered via Resend. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed for login sessions and basic site function. We don’t use advertising-tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, though login features may then not work.

5. Your rights (DPDP Act, 2023)

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email info@pinakiagency.com and we’ll act on genuine requests within a reasonable time.

6. Data retention

We keep enquiry and project data only as long as needed for the purpose above or as required by law, then delete it.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use means you accept the update.
